    As bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    Handle the recruitment and selection process
    Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    Manage employee's attendance (Overtime, annual leave, warning, etc)
    Manage employee's benefit (Medical, BPJS)
    Handle governmental office (labor office, BKPM, etc)

  • Requirement

    Age : 23-27 years old
    Gender : Female
    Race / Religion : Any
    Education : Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Economic Management, Psychology or Law )
    Language : English Business Level ( minimum NEO-3)
    Computer Skill : Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms Power Point and Ms. Outlook)
    -Minimum 2 years working experience in the same role
    -Have experience in dealing with Government Instance related to : BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan, Disnakertrans, and Local Government
    - Have experience in dealing with partners from outside such as Vendor, Consultant, etc

    - Well Understand about Labor Law
    - Have a capability to archive HRD & GA Documents
    - Living in Karawang or willing to work in Karawang
    - Honest, detail , trust-able and independent in self-development
    - Wiling to do another tasks instructed by superior.
