・Planning efficiency hireling strategy.

・Attendance management.
・Employee Information management with HR system
・Planning and processing of Medical Insurance
⑤ Expatriate Employee Support

・Processing Final Expatriate Income Tax return

・Solving each problem as a HR Supervisor

・Researching and planning employee training.

Experience of:
• HR work experience at least 5 years.

Skills & Others
• MS-Office Skill Set.

• Knowledge for each HR work including Payroll, Hiring regulation and Retirement/Dismissal rule
• Keep good relationship with other members

Education

Job Description Responsible for making and implementing HR Policies and organization structure Ensuring the design of organization structure are synergized with company strategy
- Doing job analysis for every new position on organization and also in overall organization structure Review (or renew) the job description for every position on organization structure annually
- Handling organization development program, such as: performance management/ performance appraisal and the Development program for talent.
- Implement Company Culture program
Required Qualifications - Minimum bachelor’s degree from any related field, from reputable university
