Job Description 1.Develop Unit Plan,Budget inline,people development Plan, any improvement needed, Career Path Management,talent map from competency assessment, eligibility list
2.Conduct the execution of Business Unit Objectives,Unit performance review (budget/plan vs actual), organization structure review, workload analysis review, Man Power Planning calculation and analysis from WLA, competency assessment and performance results in order to find gap of manpower needed and develop plan for people development,succession planning for potential employee, TNA Process for HR Development and control the TNA Process done by Division head, Review and give recommendation on PMS Cascading, performance appraisal committee meeting, control BOD meeting regarding PMS discussion, the final recapitulation PMS base on BOD meeting result, promotion committee meeting, control BOD meeting regarding promotion discussion
Required Qualifications • Male only, max 35 year old
• Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree or Master Degree.
• Minimum experience: >= 6 years in Human Resources Development
• Good Communication English (Speak & Writing)
• Have a deep knowledge and experiences on:
• Learning and Development (training, etc)
• Organizational Development
• Recruitment and Talent Management
• Performance Management
• Policy and Procedures
• Industrial Relation
• Human Resources Operation (Payroll, etc).
• Has experiences on Managing team and develop the members.
