Job Description * Support in Man Power Planning Calculation and Analysis from WLA, competency assessment and performance results.
* Support in competency model (standard) and profiling update.
* Conduct DISC personality test and interpretation for employee who will be assessed.
* Prepare competency assessment needs (schedule, venue, documents) for employee.
* Recap employee assessment result.
* Provide data of competency assessment and preformance result.
* Propose Employee Development Program to Division Head based on talent mapping result.
* Assist in Monitoring and controlling employee development program process.
* Conduct on boarding plan, monitoring and evaluation for all to be permanent employee.
* Conduct training management for employee from planning until evaluation.
* Support all division to monitoring performances management system (PMS) process.
* Conduct Recapitulation performances management system (PMS) result, and final recapitulation performances management system (PMS) based on BOD meeting result.
* Conduct employee engagement activities (plan until execution)
Required Qualifications * Male only, Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree, master degree/post graduate degree in human
resources management, psychology or equivalent.
* At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as Human Resources Development Officer (negotiable)
* Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
* Has excellent communication in English and Bahasa, both written & verbal
Salary Monthly Salary 8,000,000IDR 〜 16,000,000IDR
